Wire, Pipe and Profile Bending
In our wire, pipe, and profile bending department, metals of various diameters and shapes are processed with high precision to achieve the desired form. With our CNC-controlled bending machines, we achieve repeatable and highly accurate production. Our wire bending line is capable of shaping solid shafts up to a maximum of 30 mm, and our pipe bending line can shape pipes up to a maximum diameter of 50 mm. With special mold and programming support, complex geometries can be produced without problems. In our bending processes, we offer aesthetic and durable solutions without creating surface deformation. We provide serial and custom production services for various sectors such as automotive, furniture, white goods, and building systems. We are with our customers at every stage with project-based prototyping, sample studies, and technical support.
In our spot welding department, we have the equipment and technical infrastructure to meet different production needs. In particular, our CNC wire mesh spot welding machine offers high speed, consistent quality and low tolerance production with its automation-supported structure. In addition, we provide flexibility to both standard and special production processes with our 5-6 manual and semi-automatic spot welding machines suitable for different product groups. We actively contribute to our customers' product development processes by producing in project-specific sizes and according to technical demands. Our facility's monthly wire mesh processing capacity of 250 tons allows us to stick to deadlines even for large volume orders. The spot welding method is one of the most suitable solutions in terms of durability, aesthetics and production efficiency, especially in thin sheet metal, pipe and wire mesh applications. The strength and visual integrity of the welded parts are meticulously ensured through the quality control processes we apply throughout production.

In our pressing department, we precisely produce various metal parts using cold forming with our eccentric and hydraulic press machines. This process, carried out without the use of heat, both preserves material strength and reduces production costs. Based on project-specific molds and dimensions, we can produce parts suitable for the needs of different sectors. Thanks to our flexible production structure for both mass production and custom production needs, we can form parts in different shapes quickly and with consistent quality. With our extensive press park, we offer aesthetic and functional solutions for sheet metal, bars, and other metal forms. This method is widely preferred, especially in fields such as automotive, white goods, furniture, and industrial equipment. After production, all parts undergo quality control processes before delivery.
